Busy with the Move

We are moving in a few days and busy with packing everything into boxes. I'm putting away my sewing/embroidery things today.
 It's very cold and I'm trying to not dwell on the big day, but think ahead to when we are in the new (and larger) place.

I won't update again until the move is completed. 

No Stitching. . .

to show you. That's because things have been unsettled/frantic here since Christmas.  The extra cooking, school vacation, Christmas clean-up, etc. left me little time to stitch.  I did not keep up with reading my bookmarked stitching blogs.

Now a move is coming--a move to town. We country mice will say goodbye to the woods/fields and become town mice. I have a lot to do before I'll be able to sit in my new room and stitch.

We will find out this week just when we are allowed to move in. I have to call a moving company on Monday and get quotes. BOXES! We need lots of boxes. I wish we had our own milk crates for books--we have lots of books.
