I just read about this accident on Edgar's blog.
I stitched one of Lisa's Halloween freebies as a treat bag for him two Halloweens ago.

The stitching world has lost a fine designer and a hospital has lost a nurse. I hope her family decides to keep selling her charts, as a memorial to her.
